SINAI’s Maor High School at Rae Kushner Yeshiva High School in Livingston, NJ, offers an academically rigorous program for high school students with academic and/or social challenges including learning disabilities, Aspergers, and ADHD. Students at SINAI Maor graduate with a high school diploma in four years, and are on a college track.

Maor High School is seeking a part-time speech therapist to work with high school students. The therapist will run half-hour, pull-out speech and language therapy sessions with our students. The ideal candidate will be Board Certified in Speech Therapy and will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience with children with special needs.

Responsibilities:
Use speech therapy techniques to address the speech and language deficits of students with special needs ages 14-18.
Meet with students individually as well as in groups.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify social/emotional skills and strategies to be targeted in sessions and generalized throughout the day.

Preferred Qualifications
Board Certification in Speech Therapy
Experience within a special education setting
