Abraham Joshua Heschel School is seeking a full-time physics teacher for our high school division for the 2025-26 school year.

The ideal candidate has the knowledge, passion and experience necessary to teach both 11th grade honors as well as grade-level physics classes. They should be able to adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of students with diverse skill levels. Additionally, the candidate will develop a 12th grade science elective course , and design engaging laboratory activities that deepen student comprehension and foster the development of critical thinking, problem solving, and practical scientific skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Physics, Masters or PhD preferred
Master degree in Education preferred
Experience teaching physics at a high school or university level
