Full or Part Time Ivrit Teacher 2025-2026

Kohelet Yeshiva seeks a warm, dynamic, and inspirational Ivrit teacher for the 2025-2026 school year in our High School. Our new Ivrit teacher will be part of a growth-oriented team of teachers committed to instilling a knowledge of and love for the Hebrew language in each and every one of their students.

Responsibilities
Candidates should be excited about the possibility of inspiring students while exploring the richness of the Hebrew Language. We look for teachers who are passionate about their subject and capable of passing on that passion in the classroom.

Our educators teach students in a variety of different levels, in moderately sized (average around 15), single gender classes. Teachers are encouraged to participate in school-wide special events, shabbatonim, and programs outside of the regular school day.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Hebrew, education or Judaic Studies and a demonstrated track record teaching Ivrit in a high school or middle school setting. The candidate should have a high level of proficiency in spoken and written Hebrew. Background in Limudei Kodesh is preferred.
