TEACHER OF HEBREW LANGUAGE
Kohelet Yeshiva Lab School, an educationally progressive, K-8 Modern Orthodox Day School located in Merion Station, Pennsylvania, seeks a dynamic and talented educational leader for the position of Teacher of Hebrew Language for the 2025-2026 school year. The Hebrew Language position is envisioned as a full-time position encompassing all Ivrit instruction for an early elementary learning environment.
The successful candidate will have a BA and Masters degree in fields related to education and/or Judaic Studies. He or she will also be a native Hebrew speaker and feel comfortable speaking only in Hebrew to both faculty and students while in the classroom during the day. Experience with proficiency approach to language acquisition and a student-centered classroom is strongly preferred.

-Co-teach with colleagues in Judaic Studies so as to create meaningful integration between curricula.
-Admit their own shortcomings and actively pursue their own professional growth as an educator.
The Teacher of Hebrew Language will work with the Principal and school administration to begin training prior to the 2025-2026 school year. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
