The Ramaz School is seeking an innovative, experienced educational leader to serve as our Nursery β Fourth-Grade Instructional Coach.
The ideal candidate for this leadership position will:

β Maintain a cohesive, dynamic academic program that meets the needs of diverse learners.
β Foster a collaborative learning environment among teachers to share innovative, best practices and resources to engage students, enhance learning, and cultivate positive relationships.
β Stay current with educational research and trends, with a commitment to being
a life-long learner interested in continual personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
β Collaborate closely with teachers to support curriculum development, alignment, and implementation while ensuring high academic standards and continuity across grade levels.
β Facilitate the development and documentation of curriculum for Nursery – Fourth grade.
β Monitor student academic progress using best-practice assessment tools and provide guidance to teachers and staff related to academic support and enrichment.
β Observe classroom instruction regularly, offering feedback and support to enhance teaching practices and student learning outcomes.
β Design and implement professional development opportunities for faculty.
β Organize, lead, and facilitate meetings with faculty.
β Serve as an integral member of the N-4 educational leadership team.
Qualifications:
β Advanced degree in education.
β Previous instructional coaching or school leadership experience required.
β Demonstrated expertise in child-centered academic curriculum.
β Knowledge of age-appropriate developmental milestones and skills.
β Proven ability to form strong relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
β Strong proficiency with using technology in and out of the classroom.
β Genuine appreciation for children, knowledge of the challenges they face today, and commitment to their academic, social, and emotional well-being.
β Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
β Good-humored, joyful, flexible, creative, and patient.
