About Us:
Founded in 1943, Manhattan Day School/Yeshiva Ohr Torah is a Modern Orthodox day school located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan serving Toddlers through Eighth Grade. Responsibilities:
To deliver engaging and effective math lessons to students in Grades 4-8. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. Provide individual and group support to ensure all students understand key math concepts, communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and classroom activities. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and be prepared to work on a team. Encourage a love for math through creative and dynamic teaching methods.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field, and have prior experience teaching elementary school or upper elementary students. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for teaching math, and a commitment to student success.

Salary:
$75,000-$85,000
