We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Academic Support Teacher to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will provide individualized and small-group support to students, helping them achieve academic success while fostering confidence and a love of learning.

Responsibilities:
Provide academic support to students in small group and one-on-one settings.
Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet student needs.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to identify areas of academic need and coordinate support.
Monitor student progress and adjust support strategies as necessary.
Use differentiated instructional strategies to help students access the curriculum.
Communicate regularly with parents and teachers to support student success.
Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Collect and analyze student data to inform instruction and interventions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education, special education, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience working with students requiring academic support.
Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and intervention strategies.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
