We are seeking a compassionate and skilled School Psychologist to join our Student Success team. As a School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral well-being of our students. You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals to ensure that all students have the necessary support to thrive in their educational journey. This position reports to the Director of Student Success.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assessment and Evaluation:
● Interpret assessment results to provide recommendations for educational programming and intervention planning.

Consultation and Collaboration:
● Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to develop and implement interventions that support students’ academic and behavioral success.
● Collaborate with parents to address concerns and develop appropriate interventions for their children.
● Serve as a resource for school staff regarding students’ psychological and behavioral needs.
● Consult with therapists and other clinicians and educators to help individual students.

Crisis Intervention and Response:
● Provide support and intervention in crisis situations, including assessing risk and coordinating appropriate services.
● Offer consultation and support to students, staff, and parents following traumatic events or crises.

Advocacy and Education:
● Advocate for the needs of students ensuring that they receive appropriate accommodation and services.
● Provide education and training to school staff, parents, and students on topics related to mental health, behavior management, and learning strategies in collaboration with the Director of Student Success.
● Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop Individualized plans for students.

Qualifications:
● Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
● State licensure or national certification as a Psychologist and/or School Psychologist
● Strong knowledge of psychological assessment techniques and evaluation methods
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals
● Experience working in an educational setting essential.
This is a part time role, approximately 16-20 hours a week. The salary range for this role is $40,000-$50,000, dependent upon education and experience
