educational journals

&lt;HTML&gt;Hi.
I am a graduating senior at YU heading into the field of Jewish education
and am looking for good journals or any other source detailing the most
recent developments in the areas of educational philosophy, methods,
curriculum development and teacher training. If anyone has any tips I
would be very grateful to hear them.

Thanks a lot,
Barry Kislowicz&lt;/HTML&gt;

<HTML>Concerning the requests for good journals with recent developments, the
best journal in the field (secular education) is Educational Leadership,
published by Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development. I
highly recommend a membership for all educational administrators or
students going into educational administration. Not only is every issue of
the journal a timely exploration of educational issues, but they have a
wealth of print and media materials for teacher training and related
areas. They can be reached at
1703 N. Beauregard St.; Alexandria, VA 22311

<HTML>I believe that I have already mentioned our plans for an interactive
website directed at Jewish educators. The website is presently under
development, and we will have links to some of the major educational
journals that are available on-line. As always, we are open to suggestions
from educators in the field as to what you have found useful and would
like to have made available to you.
