I am not aware of anything as simple as a "chart", and my initial thought is that Rashi might well deserve a study somewhat more extensive than a chart. In fact, it might deserve the two volume "Perush Rashi LaTorah: iyunim b'shitato" by Nechama Leibowitz and Moshe Arend (Open University of Tel Aviv, 1990). I realize, of course, that this would not serve as an appropriate summary for students. It would -- and has -- however, served as an excellent text for teachers and, better yet, for group teacher study.
