Dear List:

We are looking into the possibility of using ipads with our middle schoolers. I am looking for two items: first, has anyone used them meaningfully in the classroom, in what disciplines, and how? Secondly, how have schools dealt with both the distraction that the ipad offers and the care needed to be given to each unit? This second question is more middle school-specific.
