Hi, I'm doing a presentation on the Aseret Hash'vatim this Shabbat and wanted to verify something. I believe that the Rabanut is requiring Hatafat Dam Brit for Ethiopian men under the assumption they are from Shevet Dan, but only when they get married. Is this correct? Does anyone have a link to something online that corroborates that this is what the latest Rabanut protocol is?
