<HTML>Let's try to be a little more inclusive. There are women who are heads of
community day schools, Conservative day schools and Reform day schools.
There aren't so many, but there are some. There are also placement
services like the JEA that aren't through YU. Personally, I like that the
heads of my school have been rabbis, but in a Schechter school, that does
not preclude a woman.
