Dear Shalom,
Our school is looking for a full-sized Sefer Torah to use for chinuch purposes in training our children in advance of their Bnei Mitzvah. We have one of the two-foot-tall paper sifrei Torah, but the children are not assimilating the kedusha of the Sefer Torah as the paper frays and looks cheap. A used Sefer Torah, even a pasul one which cannot be fixed, would suit our educational needs perfectly and would impress upon the children how a Sefer Torah should be treated.
Is anyone aware of where I could acquire such a Sefer Torah?
