Places that the halacha was "concealed" from Moshe

In my teaching of Bamidbar (to 7th grade girls), we have come across 2 places where Rashi states "nis'alma hahalacha mimeno" in reference to Moshe - by Pinchas and by Bnos Tzlafchad.

I am aware of 3 other places in the Torah where the halacha was "unknown": Mekallel, Mekoshesh, Pesach Sheni.

Has anyone researched this for further insights/connections? Can you direct me in the right place to look?

I also was told that there is a mnemonic to remember these 5 occurrences.
All leads/insights appreciated.
