agree.
The fact is there are situations that come to school attention without
looking for them that are not "concocted". Some are cases where to ignore
the reality would be putting children in harms way such as a child who
threatens to harm themselves.
It is a sad situation that a few students can mess up an otherwise nice
learning environment such as facebook. It is an even sadder situation that
someone thinks sincere educators "concoct" these problems in order to
catch students wearing short sleeves.
